How to
files u need : firmware froyo here
1. download custom rom that you want to install.
2. Change the name to Update.pkg and save it on SD Card.
3. Reboot your Dell Streak in Recovery Mode (Vol Up + Vol Down + Power). 
4. Choose the second option - "Software upgrade via Update.pkg on SD card"
remember that: press the volume keys to direct and the camera button to select.
5. Follow the instructions and wait until there is complete ROM installed.

Dell Streak

Dell Streak (before known as Mini 5) is a hybrid between the smartphones with the tablet PC from Dell that uses Android as the operating system. Dell Streak has a 5 inch screen sizes with capasitive touchscreen, and 2 cameras, 5 megapixel with dual-LED flash on the back and VGA resolution camera on the front for video calling, where both cameras have the capability to record video. With its 5-inch screen, Dell Streak offers power and portability, as well as providing the best internet browsing capabilities, portable navigation, and also social netwotrking amazing.

The three buttons at the bottom (or right, when held in a state of landscape) is capasitive. Android buttons used are Home, Menu, and Back. Dell Streak had adapters HDMI out. This smartphone has a trackball which is not commonly found on Android. Although there is no FM radio on your smartphone is officially, but the FM radio chip is found in hardware and can be accessed by modifying an existing operating system. Versions of previously released Android 1.6 has been installed (Donut), and Dell issued a Dell Streak with Android 2.2 (Froyo) in December 2010.
