Tutorial Rooting Unlock Bootloader Xperia Play

1. download fastboot and sony ericsson driver.
2. after downloaded then extract it.
3. Now write down your IMEI. Can by * # 06 # or settings> about phone> status> imei. The last digit should not be written.
4. now visit this site from your pc.
5. scroll down and click continue.
6. accept the terms and conditions then you will be prompted to enter the IMEI number, name and email.
7. after that you will receive a key. Note it!
8. The next step is to connect your xperiaplay to pc in fastboot mode (turn off your phone. Then hold the search button and then plug its USB cable. Windows will ask to install drivers.
9. if the driver has been installed, we can begin the process of unlocking.
10. open fasboot folder
11. hold shift> right click fastboot.exe> click open the command prompt. or Start -> Run -> type CMD -> navigate to the directory fastboot earlier.
12. after the command prompt opens, type "fastboot.exe-i 0x0fce getvar version". To ensure its dd is connected properly.
13. next type fastboot.exe-i 0x0fce oem unlock 0xkey. Replace the key with the code you obtained from sony ericsson website. Press enter.
14. Done
