1. download custom rom that you want to install.
2. Change the name to Update.pkg and save it on SD Card.
3. Reboot your Dell Streak in Recovery Mode (Vol Up + Vol Down + Power).
4. Choose the second option - "Software upgrade via Update.pkg on SD card"
remember that: press the volume keys to direct and the camera button to select.
5. Follow the instructions and wait until there is complete ROM installed.
